  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.

Responsible For
  1. Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  2. Campaign Execution: Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, including setting up ad groups, targeting, keywords, ad copy, and creative assets.
  3. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  4. Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify high-performing keywords, target audiences, and segmentation strategies.
  5. Ad Copy and Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations to drive conversions.
  6. Testing and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  7. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to provide insights and actionable recommendations for clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  8. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  9. Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising to ensure the agency's strategies remain innovative and effective.
  10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
