- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Web Development, and AI.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Responsible For
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients and industries that align with the agency's digital marketing services and expertise.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Tailor agency solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Consultative Selling: Present agency services to prospects in a consultative manner, showcasing the value and benefits they can gain from partnering with us.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the agency's capabilities, strategies, and unique selling points.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts, address client concerns, and work towards closing deals while maintaining a win-win approach for both the agency and the client.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular updates on sales progress to the management team.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the digital marketing space. Utilize this knowledge to position the agency as a thought leader.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the agency's marketing, creative, and strategy teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs and agency capabilities.
- Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market insights to the management.
